How do I place an order?
Add what you like to your cart, tap Checkout, and fill in your name, mobile number and address. That's it. You can also order on WhatsApp.
Do I need to make an account?
No. You can order as a guest. We only need your name, mobile number and delivery address.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Nothing is paid online. We may call or WhatsApp you first to confirm your order.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs 250, and it's free on orders over Rs 5,000.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 working days. Bigger cities are usually quicker.
Where do you deliver?
All over Pakistan. If your city isn't in the list at checkout, choose Other and type it in.
How can I track my order?
Go to Track order and enter your order number (like TM-1001) and the mobile number you ordered with.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Tell us your policy here (for example: yes, you can check the item in front of the rider).
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes, within 7 days if the item is unused and in its box. Wrong or damaged items are always on us. Read the full returns policy.
Can I pay with JazzCash, Easypaisa or a card?
Online payment is coming soon. For now every order is Cash on Delivery.
