This policy explains what information Tonymoni ("we", "us") collects when you use tonymoni.com, and what we do with it. Add your registered business name and address.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, mobile number, city, delivery address, any notes you add, and what you ordered.
• Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, email or social media.
• Your cart: saved in your own browser (not on our servers) so it's still there when you come back.
• Basic technical data: like your browser type and pages visited, which our hosting provider logs to keep the site running. If you add Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel later, mention it here.

How we use it

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To answer your questions and handle returns.
• To keep the website safe and working well.

We don't sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

• Delivery companies, so they can bring you your parcel (name, phone, address).
• The services that run our website: our hosting (Vercel), our database (Hostinger), our email service (Resend) and the service that sends new orders to our own WhatsApp (CallMeBot). They only process data on our behalf.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for deliveries, returns, accounting and the law. Pick a period, e.g. 3 years.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just message us at hello@tonymoni.com or on WhatsApp.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
