These terms apply when you browse tonymoni.com or buy from Tonymoni. By placing an order, you agree to them. Add your registered business name.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). Prices and stock can change without notice. If we ever list something at a clearly wrong price, we'll contact you before sending it, and you can cancel.

Orders

• Your order is confirmed once we've checked it with you by call or WhatsApp.
• We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the details look wrong, or we can't reach you. You won't be charged.
• Product photos are for illustration. Colours and packaging can vary slightly.

Payment & delivery

Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery. Delivery charges and times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & returns page.

Returns

You can return items as described on our Shipping & returns page.

Using our products safely

• Please follow the age guidance printed on each box. Young children should play with an adult nearby.
• Laser pointers are not toys. Never point them at eyes, people, animals, vehicles or aircraft.
• Blasters that fire beads should be used with eye protection and never aimed at anyone's face.

Our content

The Tonymoni name, logo, mascot and website content belong to us. Please don't copy them without permission.

Responsibility

We do our best to describe products accurately and deliver on time. We aren't responsible for misuse of products, or for delays caused by things outside our control. Nothing here takes away your rights under Pakistani law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Name the city whose courts handle any disputes.
