Shipping & returns

Delivery

• We deliver all over Pakistan.
• Delivery costs Rs 250, and it's free on orders over Rs 5,000.
• Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 working days.
• We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before we send it. Once it ships, you can follow it on the Track order page.
• Name your courier partner(s), e.g. TCS, Leopards, PostEx.

Cash on Delivery

Every order is Cash on Delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider. Say whether customers can open the parcel before paying.

Refusing a parcel without a good reason costs us two-way delivery. Add your policy for refused orders, if any.

Returns & exchanges

Changed your mind? You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it's unused and still in its original box with everything that came with it.

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and what you'd like to return.
2. We'll tell you where to send it.
3. Once it reaches us and we've checked it, we refund you. How do you refund? e.g. bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, within X days.

Wrong, broken or missing items

That's on us. Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video (an unboxing video helps a lot), and we'll replace the item or refund you, including delivery.

Things we can't take back

• Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts.
• Anything else, e.g. opened bead kits or used tumblers, for hygiene reasons.
